Some see, few know, many choose to wander aimlessly in a fog, devoid of sunlight. I seek the light of day and leave the others to their chosen realm of ignorance. They are the ones who have brought this great nation down. I write only for the benefit of those who possess the courage required to restore our birthright.

A people unwilling to fight and perhaps die for liberty will, without a doubt, lose the freedoms they profess to cherish ... perhaps deservedly so.

It was nearly six years ago that I began writing on the internet, naively believing that with my knowledge of history, my unique perspective on current events, and my small talent with words that I could be instrumental in the rebirth of this nation's principles. As said, it was naive as those principles have long since been forsaken by far too many of our people. Liberty cannot long exist for a people unwilling to engage evil, to crush it, and risk the possibility of their being harmed in the process. We no longer have such people, for this nation has already been abandoned by those of morality and courage, and as such liberty has already died. All that remains is a crumbling facade and it is systematically being dismantled one freedom at a time.

Were I to pinpoint a day when liberty's death occurred it would have to be the day following the 2012 Presidential election. We had already faced four years of growing oppression under the Obama regime and reelected him for yet another tour of tyranny. On that day it was already becoming apparent that the election had been rigged, that the dead had left their resting places to vote yet again, and that bus drivers were collecting overtime pay driving Democrats from one polling station to the next. And what did the Americans, complaining of lost rights do? Nothing at all! Well, in all honesty, that is not quite accurate. They did whine a lot

Not one street corner across this once great nation saw a gathering of patriots protesting. Not one government building was under siege by the dispossessed, and not one media outlet felt the sting of anger from a people betrayed. Yes, that was the day America died, and it didn't even go out with a bang, simply a mere whimper, a very apologetic whimper.

We knew that Obama had stolen the election and our reaction was to post the proof that the vote was rigged. Reports of deception from True The Vote flooded the internet as people chose to show they were aware of what had taken place. Right under those posts were others looking forward to the next election when we would really show'em. Furthermore we really did show them. In a landslide victory our GOP devastated the opposition in 2014, and as soon as they did they switched sides.

One would be inclined to think that after so many elections and so many betrayals the American people would learn, but that is not meant to be, as once again they look forward to our next defeat election. These elections have one purpose and one only. That is to give a false sense of hope to the gullible as the Progressive agenda is further implemented.

The above image and similar versions became commonplace across the internet and those words are quite true, but then we are not our forefathers. They were men of courage, of determination, and of an unbending will. That cannot be said about much of the current generation of Americans, and even those who still possess the will are being diluted by an onrush of immigrants. The ones from south of the border seek to spread communism and those from the Middle East are intent on spreading terror among a people who sank into a state of apathetic non-involvement long ago.

Walk the streets of Los Angeles and get a preview of tomorrow.

Meanwhile our corrupt leadership in Washington, of both parties, and the Progressives of Europe are warning of the dangers from right wing extremists. Where are they? If they existed then surely they would have shown some sign of life by now. This country and Europe have gone so far to the left that were any willing to counter the trend they would have acted already. They have not and I must conclude that is due to the fact that they do not exist, but those communists above do without a doubt, and Obama is importing them by the millions, transforming America in the process.

Fortunately for them, at least for the moment, they have no idea about their fate once their purpose has been served. The lucky ones will make it back to Mexico alive. The others are not worth discussing. But to where will the hapless Americans retreat when the Soros/Obama agenda triggers the collapse? My best guess is up that proverbial creek, hopefully with a serviceable paddle. A further extension of that guess is that not all will be in need of a paddle as they possess the wisdom to grasp what is coming and they plan to survive, to hopefully rebuild America.

Some of us are preparing now for what lies ahead and those who do will be, at least in their own communities, the leaders of tomorrow. The future of America will on their shoulders rest, for we most assuredly cannot rely on our elected leaders.

In October of last year, you, my readers, got quite a compliment from a liberal acquaintance in Seattle. She spoke of the intelligent comments posted to my essays and compared the authors of those comments to the bickering remarks posted on other sites, mentioning Fox News by name. Most of those people have nothing to say but just have to say something, and it is usually something stupid. I lack the vast number of readers that Fox has but what they have in quantity, I make up for in quality. For this I thank you. Additionally, a good deal of my essays were inspired by some of those well thought out comments.

It is said that the truth shall set you free; not necessarily so, but it goes far in helping you to make the right decisions. Lies and misinformation will always lead you astray. Couple the truth with the gift of intelligence, sprinkle in a dash of wisdom, and you have made a quantum leap. That is where you excel. That is the reason that you are some of America's finest.

Frightened? Damn right! I am always frightened when someone else is restructuring my future into their perceptions of how the world should be. Terrified? Absolutely not! Those who are will suffer panic at the first sign of trouble and they will top the casualty lists.

Got a plan? Yes! The Progressive have theirs and I have mine. Rule number one on that plan is when the collapse occurs I will do nothing that they want me to. I will surrender nothing that I possess, nor will I get onto a bus that supposedly will take me to a safer location. I feel safest standing my own ground, armed to the teeth, and just waiting.

Some years ago much of America was in a panic about martial law, losing the internet, gun confiscation, and a financial collapse. I never panic and responded accordingly. I wrote that none of the above would be a major problem until late 2015 to early 2016 when the crash should occur. Obama still needs to gather his forces, as for their top down/bottom up civil war to be successful he has to implement total anarchy and chaos across America. Thus we are still bringing many thousands from the Middle East and millions from Mexico.

I have long made it a practice to predict coming events, a great many of which have already taken place. Allow me to make yet another as a closing point to this essay...

You, my readers, have perhaps the best chance of any of our fellow Americans of surviving what is coming at us. This has little to do with the fact that you follow this site. No, it has far more to do with what you are inside, a well informed, intelligent, dyed in the wool American patriot. This site did not give you those qualities, rather it was those qualities that led you to this site and convinced you to keep reading.

My friends, we have one helluva a battle ahead of us and I can only hope that cool heads will prevail. As others are losing their heads, you must keep yours. As they panic you must remain calm. As they break, you must remain aloof. As they stumble, help them if you can but leave them if you must.

The greatest problem we face is a lack of concerted leadership. At the moment we can do nothing to alleviate that situation. Our chance will come during and after the anarchy and chaos event. That is where you come in. Any community that survives will need a rational and intelligent leader. Your work is cut out for you. Learn what you can now as in time we will lose the internet or it will be so censored as to be worthless. Steel yourself for tomorrow and never weaken.

Doing As The Romans Did

"The greatest dangers to liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well-meaning but without understanding."

"The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion."

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
    Samuel Adams

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
    Ephesians 6:12

This last is not about a boogeyman but human nature drunken on the power of oppression and tyranny who practice deceit and lies to gain more power. The rulers of darkness is simply that. The Father of Lies and the Author of Confusion is the father of those who practice the same.

It is not merely a spiritual war but war against those who would destroy our spirit with the corruption and abuse of power. As you so correctly observed the darkness of lies and deceit of the Good Old boy Party to secure the last election only to pervert the will of the people so that they could retain and secure more power is the simple truth of it. Looking past their perversions, lies and rationalization for their actions the simple truth is the most obvious. It is then their works and not their words we must judge and condemn for what they are.

God is not a respecter of persons-observant of position.

"Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:"
    Acts 10:34

"My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons."
    James 2:1

"Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment; thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor"
    Leviticus 19:15

"I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality"
    1 Tim. 5:21

"These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment"
    Proverbs 24:23

Just how political is the speech here??? It would be wrong to think that God is not concerned with politics and the ways of the world. He is and has directed us to be observant of the perversions of politicians, lawyers and all those who chase after power and dominion over others.

Walking upright with virtue has no value with a heart of darkness....

  2. I would like to share this on a little blog I contribute to with a link back to your original post. Is that ok?.

    1. I’m 77 and served in the Navy and proud of it. This weekend I went out to dinner with 2 couples in their late 40s. In 2 1/2 hours I listened to their conversation which it believe is typical. They discussed their kids, some in college some still in high school. They talked about the girls boyfriends, the swimming team, what the kids were majoring in etc. These weren’t dumb uneducated people. None had served in the armed forces. But what struck me is they were looking into the future for their kids and not once did what is happening in our country come into the discussion.

I can identify with this as when I was the same age, I didn’t pay much attention the the world situation either. Most people are spending their time as shown above, or talking about sports teams etc.

I’d like to take issue with Danny, in fact periodically I quit reading his essays for a week or so because I don’t like the negativism. But I keep coming back and have to accept his premises.

People just don’t seem to see the writing on the wall. Chopping off heads and raping little girls doesn’t seem to get their attention (and both of the couples above had 5 teenage girls between them). What will wake them up? 9/11 did for a couple weeks. But it will take multiple 9/11s or something similar as Danny is predicting. Me, I worry about an EMP attack that wipes out all our electronics. We’d be back in the 1800s overnight.

I share links to this site daily with people I respect. Hopefully some of it will rub off.

Just a rant from someone that isn’t as deep a thinker as Danny, but thanks anyway Danny, you tried.

    2. "I’d like to take issue with Danny, in fact periodically I quit reading his essays for a week or so because I don’t like the negativism. But I keep coming back and have to accept his premises."

Those, my friend, are the words of an honest man, and one who presented with the truth will not deny it. Your having been military shows! 101st Airborne in my younger days but today I would not serve in any capacity under Obama.

Stan, I could of course be mistaken, but largely disregard the danger of an EMP for several reasons. One being that an alert general would probably blow it out of the sky with our missile defense system without waiting for Obama to finish his round of golf. My second point is that Islamists love a huge body count. That is why I am more inclined to believe that Iran's first nuke will be delivered to New York Harbor on a cargo ship, killing a million or more, destroying our economy and making our most important business corridor impassable. The American public, conditioned as they are would in event of an EMP expect the government to shortly restore power. The death of a million plus would totally demoralize most.

Oddly enough one of my favorite internet people also complains of my negativism telling me that I must give people hope. Somewhat difficult in light of world events but I try.

To close my rant I would like to address your final sentence Stan...The part where you stated that you are not as deep a thinker as I. I must challenge that concept. You admit leaving this site periodically and then returning as you must accept my premises. I ask you Sir, are you not doing a great deal of deep thinking in your absence, and are you not asking those whom your respect to do the same?

I ask none to agree with my every thought, but it is quite obvious that we are kindred spirits.

    3. Stan, just had to visit you wall. Now I know that we are kindred spirits. Your two favorite books are by Ayn Rand. Just for the record, my daughter is named Dagny Ayn.

  3. What a neat name for your daughter, merging two strong women. Reminds me, time to dust off Atlas Shrugged and get my head on straight again.

    1. Hoping you get a chance to read this Stan...You inspired it.

    Danny and Stan:
"...leaders we have sent to Washington are turning on us in scorn as a people who do not matter." Precisely Danny. We don't matter. I never thought I would utter such words ... never thought I would ever see a majority of our Congressional leaders so impervious to the ills and the plight of the very people they were elected to serve. Nor did I think I'd ever see such a vast majority of our own American citizens steeped so deeply in apathy and so calloused in regard to the foundational freedoms they themselves are at risk of losing. We have lived the good life for too long and we are spoiled! We think America will always be great and that the wine will continue to flow. Many Americans are just now awakening to this sad state their beloved country is drowning in, but they are a little bit late in their realization. "We the people" have lost our way. We have lost our moral compass. We have lost our power and the next thing to go will be our freedom.

A couple of things stand out glaringly in this essay and in Stan' s comments: 1. Your (Danny) revealing statement that, "Not one street corner across this once great nation saw a gathering of patriots protesting," following the 2012 election. 2. Stan' s statement regarding his thoughts following an evening of dinner with young friends and their varied discussions of life in which he stated, "But what struck me is they were looking into the future for their kids and not once did what is happening in our country come into the discussion."

No protest from irate citizens concerned over their betrayal at the ballot box, nor the lack of discussion by a group of friends regarding what should be an alarming state of affairs was and evident. Still isn't. So ... "let's not talk politics" ... bad decorum. Besides we might offend someone and who knows, we might be labeled an extremist. Forget the fact that you/we are losing every vestage of freedom that thousands of Americans have shed their blood to preserve. There is a vein of indifference running through this country which is evident by your descriptions. Yes, I think you're right Danny. The day following the 2012 election, " ... was the day America died, and it didn't even go out with a bang, simply a mere whimper, a very apologetic whimper."

Stan, you are correct. We don't see the writing on the wall and we have become numb to pain and suffering. Those beheadings and burning people alive have simply become news item on TV. While we were sleeping things changed, and we awoke to find ourselves in a dumbed down, mind-conditioned, numb and an in-your-face America that is more concerned with getting their own way than they are of losing what they have. It's time to forget decorum and political correctness and start discussing, enlightening each other and SPEAKING LOUDLY! (While I firmly believe in standing ground, "speaking loudly" and sounding the trumpet, I am tired of blowing this trumpet, especially when no one is listening. No I don't plan to stop but I find myself wondering how long I'll continue blowing.)

Personally, I believe we are in the end times and that prophecy is unfolding before our very eyes. We had best be prepared both physically and spiritually, (something else too few understand).

I appointed watchmen over you and said, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ But you said, ‘We will not listen.’
    Jeremiah 6:17 NIV

    1. Janette, I read the above comment three times and scanned a few parts of it even more. To tell the truth I was somewhat shocked, pleased, and even a bit disappointed at your newly accepted views. Shocked, as gone are your hopes that all will work out well and we will be able to save this nation by Constitutional means. Pleased in that you seem to agree with my writings more now than ever, and that is the same reason that I am disappointed, because I am always hoping that I am wrong. Unfortunately I am not mistaken and the feedback from my readers reflect their views that they agree with my findings. I guess that even Jeremiah convinced a few.

So you just survived a bout of pneumonia. First off, I am glad that you are feeling better but I cannot help but think that during your recent suffering you must have spent a great deal of time thinking of this nation's current state of affairs. Coming close to death and an acceptance of our own mortality is often a beneficial experience. As Churchill stated "Nothing in life is so exhilarating as to be shot at without result."

Janette, I truly wish that I could give my readers more hope for a happy outcome, and due to your prodding, I am making every effort. But hope springs from within and is not the product of wishful thinking, ignorance, nor denial. So many of our people are hollow, devoid of serious thought, and unable or unwilling to deal with reality. For them I can do nothing.

Stan, far more than most, gave me a bit of hope with his confession that he turns away from my writing as it is so negative, but then returns as he knows that I am correct. Leaders are hard to find, and he is one of that rare breed. Sadly, so many who are aware of the danger are too damn old for a revolution, and it will come as an earth shattering crash to those who are young enough to engage.

As you know, I do not believe in prophecy, and see it as a great danger to many of those who do. You do believe but are also living in the real world knowing that we must act on our own until when and if this Armageddon occurs. I have seen posts from people around the internet that know that we are in trouble and unconcerned, they are doing nothing...Leaving it all up to God. They are making a grievous error, but then, so did the six million Jews in WWII.

I wish that Glenn Beck would stop telling them that the end times are here as so many base their future on that concept. What if Glenn is wrong? Many will die in vain waiting for redemption, while they should be stocking beans, bullets, and Band-Aids.

  5. Au contraire my friend ... I believe we are definitely in the end times and I believe that prophecy is unfolding even as I write, but God never said to rest on our laurels and do nothing. He said to prepare, to be alert and be aware of the signs even in the heavens. He said there would be tribulation, persecution and the list goes on. Those who sit back and do nothing don't know the scriptures. Sure my trust is in God but that does not imply that I think I will escape persecution, nor did those Christians who were recently beheaded or burned alive. If I face the same fate as they did, my hope is not thwarted for "I know in whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I've committed to Him against that day," (2Tim 1:12) whatever that day brings. God expects me to be prepared, to stand firm in my faith, to sound the alarm and to take action when needed. He never intended for me to sit quietly and passively by, trying to appear holy and doing nothing.

Those who do not believe in a deeply personal God can't fathom the things I just mentioned. They never see God as a helper or friend, much less a loving Father who desires our love.

Also, know this, that "...scoffers will come in the last days....," (2 Peter 3) and there will be those who hold a form of Godliness but deny its power. (2 Timothy 3) Note also that Matthew 24 is considered the spine of prophecy. My friend, He is real and personal and the signs are all around.

  6. Me thinks thou dont protest too much Danny, :)

Please stay on topic. Be polite.
